Payments and Refunds:
Orders for a BushCaddy R80 Kit are accepted upon receipt of a 50% deposit on the quoted kit price, receipt of signed purchase agreement, and a written acknowledgement of the order (including confirmation of purchase price) by CLASS. Purchaser understands that all prices and kit contents are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance of the order. All deposits are made to CLASS in Canada and apply to the purchase price of the kit, and are nonrefundable. However, should CLASS not be able to supply a kit for whatever reason, the deposit will be refunded in full. Full payment is due by certified check at time of delivery. All shipping charges are collect. |
